🌿 A Gentle Reminder:  While therapy can be beneficial for emotional and mental health challenges, it’s also important to consider possible underlying medical conditions that may contribute to symptoms like anxiety, depression, fatigue, and mood changes. I encourage you to consult with your primary care physician for a full medical evaluation, including blood work to check for concerns such as thyroid dysfunction, vitamin deficiencies, or hormonal imbalances. This is not a requirement to work with me, but it is highly recommended, as addressing any medical contributors can support and strengthen the therapeutic process.
