Free Face-to-Face Consultation

I offer a free 10-minute face-to-face consultation to determine if I am (or we are) a good fit. This time gives us the opportunity to have a sense of what it is like to sit down together to talk.

Third Step: Billing, Insurance, and Payment

I accept all major credit cards, check and cash.  Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance plan.

I am currently in-network with Premera, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Tricare, and Optum (Providence Behavioral Health), but due to geographical location and lack of in-network providers most other insurance companies will reimburse at in-network rates.

Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

I submit claims directly to carriers when the insurance applies. Remember that as the insured, you are ultimately responsible for determining what services are covered. Also, note that copayment, payment towards your deductible, or payment in full is expected at the time of service.
