Rates
$240/hour billable to insurance; For individuals without insurance, I provide a reduced 'Out of Pocket' rate.
Payment
I accept all major credit cards, check and cash. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance plan.
Insurance
I am currently in-network with Premera, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, TriWest, and Optum (Providence Behavioral Health), but due to geographical location and lack of in-network providers most other insurance companies will reimburse at in-network rates.
Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have insurance benefits for outpatient mental health?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- Do I have a copay?
- How many sessions per year does my insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary health care physician?
I submit claims directly to carriers when the insurance applies. Remember that as the insured, you are ultimately responsible for determining what services are covered. Also, note that copayment, payment towards your deductible, or payment in full is expected at the time of service.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged a late cancel or no show fee.
